For our Frankfurt am Main office, we are looking for a full-time business administrator/business lawyer (f/m/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your profile:

You should have a practical and entrepreneurial mindset, work in a team and have a feel for the market and people.

Successfully completed university studies in economics or industrial engineering with a focus on auditing, controlling, taxes, financing or production
Good knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance
Precise and responsible way of working
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Application-oriented IT skills, especially MS Office, Power Point and Excel

Your duties:

You will be involved in providing accounting support to clients from various sectors in special economic situations (e.g. crisis, insolvency), which you will later be able to take on independently.
You will become familiar with advising companies on tax law in times of crisis and insolvency.
In addition, you will initially provide support in carrying out special audits, which you will be able to carry out independently after a familiarization phase. This includes, in particular, the simulation of insolvency scenarios and the examination of reasons for filing for insolvency.
