Compliance does not only refer to the duty to comply with legal provisions within the company and the liability risks associa-ted with non-compliance but moves more and more to the center of public attention as a part of corporate culture. It thus has become a key parameter of success for both companies and their directors and officers. We render advice in the adoption and introduction of appropriate compliance tools and assist our clients in performing compliance audits, implementing compliance strategies, optimizing operational work processes, adopting and introducing compliance management systems, auditing IT applications and data protection requirements as well as in drafting and implementing internal codes of conduct and corporate governance rules.
