Friedrich Vosberg finds the right succession solution for entrepreneurs and companies, in particular family buy-outs (FBO) as well as management buy-outs (MBO) and management buy-ins (MBI). His profound knowledge in the field of inheritance law and foundation law rounds off his expertise here. An inseparable part of this is the structuring of personal legal succession as well as provisions for personal affairs. An understanding of entrepreneurial solutions characterises his working methods, as does empathy for the ideas and expectations of the persons concerned.

In addition, Friedrich Vosberg advises on data protection law and IT law as a certified data protection officer (TÜV). Here, his skills are particularly in demand when IT-specific understanding is required in complex legal contexts. Friedrich Vosberg understands technical contexts just as he masters the resulting legal requirements in the field of contract drafting and enforcement (out of court and in court).

Friedrich Vosberg is a member of the Working Group for the Execution of Wills and the Care of Property e.V. (AGT) as well as the German Association for Inheritance Law and Asset Succession e.V. (DVEV) and the Working Group on Inheritance Law in the German Bar Association. He studied law at the University of Leipzig and completed as best student in his term an additional course of studies at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. Between 2007 and 2012 he worked as a freelance lawyer among other as Corporate Legal Adviser for Sovello AG and can resort to long-standing experience in conducting the insolvency of Philipp Holzmann AG. Friedrich Vosberg also holds a diploma as an orchestra musician in violoncello from University of Music and Theatre Leipzig. He is member of the supervisory board of Diakonisches Werk Innere Mission Leipzig e.V. and of the board of the lutheran church district Leipzig. His leisure time he spends for recreation by dancing (standards and latin) and cycling tours.
