Restructuring consultant (w/m/d) - Frankfurt am Main

Aderhold is a company specializing in corporate reorganizations and restructurings. Approximately 100 management consultants, auditors and lawyers work together within the framework of a legal and business integrated approach. The integrated approach results in a wide range of tasks.

We are looking for a restructuring consultant (m/f/d) for our Frankfurt am Main location.

Your duties:

Support in the preparation of business concepts for medium-sized clients in a wide range of industries, e.g. restructuring concepts according to IDW S6, independent business review and business plan plausibility check, continuation forecasts and preparation of financing concepts
Support in assisting clients in all aspects of the implementation of business concepts
Support in the development and implementation of restructuring concepts (including insolvency and restructuring plans) in the insolvency process
Business management support for continuation in insolvency
Support of clients in financial engineering, e.g. working capital management, mid-market financing, project financing and distressed M&A

Your profile:

Successfully completed university studies in economics or industrial engineering with a focus on auditing, controlling, taxes, financing or production
Good knowledge of accounting, controlling and financial science
Precise and responsible way of working
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Application-oriented IT skills, especially MS Office Power Point and Excel
