Anne Basinski provides comprehensive advice in the area of reorganisation and restructuring, in particular in business management support in insolvency as well as in questions relating to the liquidation of companies. Ms Basinski specialises in providing comprehensive accounting support in crisis and insolvency and in conducting special audits in insolvency proceedings. She also advises in connection with turnover tax issues in insolvency.

Anne Basinski graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Wismar with a degree in business administration and successfully passed the auditor's exam in 2012. After starting her career at Schultze & Braun, she most recently worked at Baker Tilly, where she worked in the area of reorganisation and restructuring. Ms Basinski joined Aderhold in 2022.
