Benjamin Schauß mainly advises in the areas of M&A and corporate law. He represents clients in corporate transactions and resulting disputes in and out of court. In addition to corporate disputes, he conducts litigation nationwide for banks and financial service providers in the area of banking and insolvency law.
Benjamin Schauß studied law at the Ruhr University Bochum with a focus on business and competition. He gained his first practical experience in an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt. Since October 2016 he has been working as a lawyer at Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Dortmund. Benjamin Schauß is a lecturer for insolvency law at the Hagen Law Schoola and a member of the Bank Law Association.
