Jürgen Schemann advises his clients in the areas of corporate law (including the German Stock Corporation Act, capital markets and cooperative law) and real estate law. In addition, he also provides advice on financing models, the purchase,  sale and restructuring of companies.

Jürgen Schemann graduated in law, with additional training in economics and business studies, at the University of Bayreuth. Prior to taking his intermediate diploma, he also did a minor in business administration. After completing his traineeship and his state law examination in Bavaria, he embarked upon his legal career in 1990 as lawyer at Rosenschon Sperber & Kollegen in Bayreuth, a firm of lawyers, auditors and tax advisors. In 1997, he joined the RölfsPartner group as a lawyer and authorized representative. In 2000, he then moved on to join Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH – renamed Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in April 2011 – in a partner role.

Jürgen Schemann was admitted to the bar in Dortmund to serve as a notary in 2010.
