Marc A. Urbanek mainly advises on the rehabilitation and restructuring of companies in crisis, often in a team with auditors, tax advisors and management consultants. The advice includes the design and implementation of reorganization concepts as well as issues of insolvency, commercial and corporate law.

Marc A. Urbanek already specialised in corporate and financial law during and alongside his studies. Parallel to his law studies, he studied economics (M.A.) at the EBS University for Business and Law in Wiesbaden. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Wiesbaden with training stations in Frankfurt am Main and Leverkusen. In June 2024 Mr. Urbanek joined Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH as a lawyer in Düsseldorf.
