Tilo Kolb is a specialist lawyer for insolvency law. He advises in the areas of insolvency law and insolvency administration as well as restructuring advice.

Tilo Kolb studied law at the University of Tübingen and passed the first state examination in Leipzig. After passing the second state examination in Erfurt, he worked in the auditing department of PricewaterhouseCoopers AG from 2000 to 2002. In 2001 he was admitted to the bar. Since 2003, Tilo Kolb has also worked as an insolvency administrator, appraiser, trustee and forced administrator at the local courts in Leipzig, Halle-Saalekeis, Dessau, Dresden and Neubrandenburg as well as other enforcement courts. In 2006 he received the qualification (IHK) as a business mediator. Since 2023 he has been working as a specialist lawyer for insolvency law in the areas of insolvency law and insolvency administration as well as insolvency-related reorganization consulting at Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
