Tisa Stahm's main areas of practice are corporate reorganization and restructuring, insolvency law, and commercial and corporate law.

Tisa Stahm studied law at the University of Munich and at the University of Münster. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. During one stage of her legal traineeship, Tisa Stahm became acquainted with Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf. She also worked as a research assistant at Lenz und Johlen Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB in Cologne. Tisa Stahm joined Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf in April 2021 and has been based in Cologne since August 2021.
