Hubertus Frhr. v. Erffa provides comprehensive advice on commercial law issues. He specialises in insolvency law and insolvency-related corporate law, the reorganisation and restructuring of companies and the acquisition of companies out of or in insolvency, as well as in cases where companies are sold as part of or to avoid insolvency proceedings. In addition, he represents creditors at insolvency proceedings and provides advice on how to revitalize non-performing real estate portfolios. Hubertus Frhr. v. Erffa has many years’ experience in the rehabilitation of medium-sized and large companies and in developing respective insolvency plans. He also provides management support in how to avoid liability in cases where insolvency is imminent. To date, he has already wound up over 350 insolvency cases in his insolvency administrator role.

Hubertus Frhr. v. Erffa studied law at the University of Regensburg and the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg. In 2000, he started his legal career as a lawyer and insolvency administration at the CMS Hasche Sigle law firm. Since 2006, he has been engaged as a lawyer and insolvency administrator and now fills a partner role at Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH – renamed Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in April 2011.
