Patrick Klawa is specialized on providing professional advice in the corporate law area, during company rehabilitation and restructuring projects and in municipal commercial law questions.
Patrick Klawa graduated in law at the Technical University of Dresden and went on to complete his Master’s degree in “Private and public commercial law” at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena. In 2002, his career began as lawyer and insolvency administrator at the CMS Hasche Sigle law firm. In 2006, he moved on to join Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH – renamed Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in April 2011 – as lawyer and insolvency administrator. Patrick Klawa has been partner at Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since January 2014. Patrick Klawa also lectures at the University of Applied Science (HTWK) in Leipzig.
