As a specialist in commercial and corporate law, Juliane Dörfer advises national and international companies in shareholder disputes as well as in all matters of commercial law and general civil law. In addition to providing legal advice and drafting contracts, she focuses in particular on litigation, judicial and extra-judicial dispute resolution, as well as on conducting and accompanying judicial mediation proceedings. In addition, Juliane Dörfer advises and represents companies, shareholders and insolvency administrators in connection with the enforcement of and defense against insolvency claims and liability claims.

Juliane Dörfer studied law at the University of Leipzig and completed her legal clerkship at the Free State of Saxony. Since January 1, 2018, she has been working as a lawyer at Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Leipzig.

Juliane Dörfer is a member of the German Lawyers Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein e.V.) and the local Leipzig Lawyer Association (Leipziger Anwaltsverein e.V.). She regularly participates in the events held several times a year by the specialist group for commercial and corporate law.

In addition, Juliane Dörfer is involved in the field of legal education, whether as a lecturer at the Leipzig University of Applied Science (HTWK), as a practitioner supporting seminar courses of the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law and Business Law at the University of Leipzig, or in-house in the training of legal trainees and assessors. In addition, Juliane Dörfer offers her support to Saxon schools for legal education (democracy education).
